The automotive industry is going through its biggest disruption in history.
A new generation of millennial and iGen buyers with their new decision-making criteria; the reality of ride share services as a mainstream alternative to car ownership; new manufacturers– such as Tesla, Rivian and Rimac – proving that small start-ups can raise funding and very quickly become significant and mainstream contenders; and government regulations pushing the entire industry to non-ICE powertrains, essentially forcing many established OEMs to
reinvent how they build vehicles. But within this disruption, is a huge opportunity to provide an all new driving experience.

Most of the Electronic vehicles today simply meet compliance, with new zero-emission powertrains, yet are still based on mechanical control and human decision-making and reaction times.

We can go much farther than this with all electric control and software to aid in driving decision and speed reaction time. We can deliver an all new driving experience.

Potential Motors’ mission is to enable this new experience.

team

At Potential Motors we have an intense passion for the next generation of mobility, driving our vision to enable an all-new driving experience based on a software-driven, fully electrified and intelligent drivetrain.

The team has its roots in ICE-to-EV conversions, SAE race teams, German automotive industry R&D, and building some of Canada’s most successful software companies.

We are passionate. We are innovative.  And we are building the industry’s next-generation electrified drivetrain software.
